Basic Venue Requirements

Space

The machine requires a dedicated wall space or surface area that can comfortably accommodate its dimensions. Wall-mounting is ideal, but we can discuss stand-alone options if the venue requires flexibility. We recommend a minimum of 4 square feet for optimal placement.

Access, Safety & Security

The vending machine is insured and should be placed in a secure area that is easily accessible to customers, ideally in a high-traffic well lit location that encourages frequent use and reduces risk of damage.

Power & WiFi

The machine requires WiFi access and a standard 220V electrical outlet to function correctly. Your venue will cover the small electricity cost for the machine. A stable internet connection is essential for the machine’s operation.

Cleaning

Your cleaning staff will need to wipe down the touchscreen and buttons regularly for hygienic upkeep (materials can be provided). We will handle deep cleaning and maintenance during our scheduled visits, but regular upkeep by your team is important for customer experience.

As with any future partner, we’ll also;

Cover the installation costs and give you the option to choose a trusted professional for the installation.
Wall-mounted units are ideal, but we can also consider stand-alone options and discuss what works best for your venue.
We handle all maintenance, refills, and machine upkeep - your team only needs to wipe down the screen and buttons.
Full insurance: We provide full machine and public liability insurance to cover any potential costs or issues that may arise during the course of the partnership.

35% commission on gross profit (15% higher than the usual rate), with the option to extend the contract at the same rate.
Your venue will be the first to offer this unique product.

A Simple, Flexible Partnership

The PPO comes with a 6-month minimum installation contract to ensure a successful start. After this period, we can either extend the partnership or or terminate the agreement. There is no long-term commitment for the venue unless both parties are happy with the results.
